atc3vhhhx.exe /a=vhhhx /s=stagexxx where 'a' is variable for airport, and 's' for stage name.

If you use Japanese version of the game, you need to find a command line version of applocale called SBApplocale (easily found on the web), then the command is:0 f$ C Z. a+ O! ~
